
1. Membership Overview
Parent Connect is a subscription-based community offering support, reflection, and connection for parents. Membership provides access to community spaces, resources, and facilitated support as described at the time of joining.
Parent Connect is a supportive community, not a clinical or therapeutic service.
2. Membership Fees & Payments
Membership fees are billed via direct debit on a [weekly, monthly / three-monthly] basis (as selected at sign-up).
By joining Parent Connect, you authorise ongoing payments until your membership is cancelled.
All fees are displayed clearly at the time of sign-up and are inclusive of GST (if applicable).
3. Cancellation & Notice Period
We understand that circumstances change, and you are welcome to cancel your membership at any time.
To ensure payments are processed fairly and smoothly:
Cancellations require 7 days notice for weekly billing and 14 days notice for monthly and 3 monthly prior to your next billing date.
If notice is given less than 7 days before your next payment, one final payment may be processed.
Access to Parent Connect will remain active until the end of your paid period.
There are no cancellation penalties or lock-in contracts.
4. Pausing Membership
At this time, memberships cannot be paused. If you need a break, you are welcome to cancel and rejoin when the timing feels right for you.
5. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital community access, refunds are not provided for unused time once a payment has been processed.
If you believe a payment has been made in error, please contact us promptly and we will review the situation with care.
6. Community Expectations
Parent Connect is a calm, respectful, and emotionally safe space.
By joining, members agree to:
Engage respectfully with others
Maintain confidentiality within the community
Avoid judgement, shaming, or unsolicited advice
We reserve the right to remove access if community guidelines are not upheld, to protect the safety of the space.
7. Changes to Membership
Parent Connect may update pricing, features, or community offerings from time to time.
Members will be given reasonable notice of any significant changes.
